WEEK 3 ROUND-UP

CENTRAL CATHOLIC 21, VISTA DEL LAGO 13
Central Catholic survived a scare from Folsom's Vista del Lago (1-2) this friday, the same team that upset the Napa Indians 28-20 in week one.  Still, Central Catholic is supposed to be a top ten team with one of the section's best defenses.  They are ranked higher than Casa Roble, who had very little trouble in shutting down Vista del Lago 26-6 last week.  Considering that Casa just lost, and the fact that based on the common opponent of Vista del Lago Casa Roble's defense seems to be the better of the two, perhaps we can infer that Central Catholic may be a little bit overrated.  The sad fact is that we will not truly get a chance to know how good they are until they face Hilmar, who up to now has been detroying opponents and looking perhaps a bit more talented than Central Catholic.
